Welcome to L's Fashion Dish, a Boston-based fashion and lifestyle blog!
As a Public Relations/Journalism graduate, I moved to Boston in hopes of launching a long and successful career as a PR professional/event planner. Then the unfortunate turn of the economy forced me to get a job in the less-than-glamorous field of administration. I needed a creative outlet not only for my sanity, but to get back to something I have always enjoyed: writing.
When it came time to figure out what I was going to write about, well, that part was simple. I have been a lifelong lover of fashion and more recently, a budding foodie. I often "dish" about my most recent shopping haul or favorite trends. Or share with my friends the recipe for the ridiculous cupcake I just baked.
Though L's Fashion Dish is only about a year old, the opportunities that have come my way have brought out a confidence in me I never knew I had. It is my dream to someday build this blog into a career. You know what they say, you'll never work a day in your life if you love what you do! I hope you'll join me on my journey, one outfit or recipe post at a time!
